WHY CHOOSE D.I.V.E. FOR ADHD EVALUATIONS?
Figuring out whether ADHD explains what you're experiencing, or whether something else is going on, takes more than a checklist. Our team takes a thorough, individualized approach that looks at your full history and carefully considers other conditions that can look like ADHD, so you walk away with an answer you can actually trust and a clear plan for what's next.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: WILL THIS EVALUATION QUALIFY ME FOR ACCOMMODATIONS AT SCHOOL OR ON A LICENSING EXAM?
A: No. Our evaluation does not include cognitive or achievement testing and is not designed to meet the documentation standards for academic accommodations, professional licensure, or standardized testing accommodations. We'll let you know during your consultation if a different type of evaluation would better fit your needs.
Q: WHAT AGES DO YOU EVALUATE?
A: We evaluate adults 18 and older only.
Q: CAN THIS EVALUATION HELP ME GET DIAGNOSED FOR MEDICATION?
A: Our report can be a useful resource for your prescribing provider when considering medication.
Q: HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM SEEING A PSYCHIATRIST?
A: Our evaluation is a thorough diagnostic assessment, not a medication management appointment. We focus on determining whether ADHD (or something else) explains your symptoms and provide detailed recommendations you can bring to a prescribing provider or therapist.
Q: HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
A: The clinical interview typically runs 90–120 minutes, with a separate 45-minute feedback session. Your written report is typically ready within 1–2 weeks of your evaluation appointment.
Q: CAN I DO THIS EVALUATION VIRTUALLY?
A: Yes, we offer secure telehealth evaluations throughout Georgia and in 40+ other states.
Q: DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
A: We don't bill insurance directly. Coverage for ADHD evaluations varies by plan, so we recommend checking your out-of-network mental health benefits. We provide a superbill with all necessary codes for you to submit.
